Message from SHETA for this exhibition
It seems like a long time, but it has passed so quickly, and so much has happened in the past 10 years.
First of all, I am very grateful that I have been able to continue painting every day for the past 10 years.
The main theme of my work is LOVE & PEACE.
At the time, someone who saw my paintings said to me, “There is absolutely no evil in SHETA’s paintings, they are filled with smiles and love.
I realized that the pictures I wanted to paint were based on the theme of LOVE & PEACE.
My idea of LOVE & PEACE is the small joys and fun events with family, friends, and lovers that abound in our casual, everyday lives.
I think it is also LOVE & PEACE to smile and feel kindness for little things,
such as feeling good while taking a walk or seeing flowers and thinking how beautiful they are.
LOVE & PEACE is energy. No matter how small an object is, it is a big, big energy.
Sometimes I feel like running away from painting, but I feel like I can make people smile when they see my paintings,
so I have been able to continue painting for a long time,
Thank you so much everyone!
From now on, I would like to continue painting so that I can deliver my artwork,
which contains the thoughts of LOVE & PEACE, to as many people as possible.
In this exhibition, you will be able to see various series of my paintings.
I hope that your viewing of my artworks will help you to notice the small joys and pleasant events that abound in your daily life.
