This exhibition will feature approximately 20 oil and acrylic paintings, which will be on display and available for purchase.
Through color, movement, and physicality, this work depicts the traces of invisible energy as embodied in the philosophy of “Energetism” proposed by Yamashita.
The title “KODO” embodies not only the heartbeat, but also an awareness of the rhythms of cities, crowds, festivals, memories, and the rhythms that flow continuously within each person.
This exhibition is not just about “seeing” with your eyes.
We hope you will pause in front of the artwork, close your eyes at times, and listen closely to the sensations within yourself.
Through these paintings, this space will become a place where visitors can experience the “vibrations of existence.”
We hope you’ll come to the venue and experience your own “KODO.”
