A reception party will be held on the opening day, Saturday, April 5, from 16:00 to 18:00,
and we are sincerely looking forward to seeing you there.
The artist will be present on the 4/5 (Sat) and 4/20(Sun).
Ryusuke Sano
Born in Sopporo in 1994.
He immersed himself in cartoons, animation, and comics as a child.
In his late teens, he was struck by Egon Schiele, Jackson Pollock, Jean-Michel Basquiat, and Eric Parker.
He moved to New York in 2016 to pursue his dream of becoming a painter.
Since his first solo exhibition in 2018, he has been actively exhibiting works based on the concept of “ZOOM”, which is a way of expression using multiple colors based on personal memories where figuration and abstraction coexist without any regularity.
He has participated in group exhibitions as well as solo exhibitions in Asia.
First collection of works published in 2022.
His representative works are “ZOOM”, “JUNGLE” and “FACE”.
Solo exhibition in NY in 2024.
He is active in a wide range of activities, including entertainment, fashion collaborations and advertising.
