In June 2023, I traveled to New York City.
I went to as many places as I could to see different things.
I walked sweating every day during this trip.
Everywhere I went, strangers called out HELLO.
It could be on a train, in a store , or in a big park.
I was laughing and sharing the same time with a stranger.
Greetings led to conversations and new encounters.
I was happy that they accepted me as I am.
We can connect with so many people with just HELLO.
We may become dear friends in the future.
Maybe we will become lovers, maybe we will become family.
Let’s be more connected from now on.
All we need is a little courage and HELLO.
